01Scope

This policy covers games and products developed or published by Antelus Games, this website and our related online services. Our games do not require you to provide personal information to us. The website uses the technical services, storage and optional analytics described below. Storefronts and social networks process information under their own policies.

02Information used by the website

Hosting and security providers process technical connection information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. If you enable analytics, we record page visits, article engagement, store and influencer-link clicks, referral domain, interface language, country and device category. Events are linked with a random session identifier; our analytics database does not store your name or IP address. These records are pseudonymous, not guaranteed to be anonymous.

Clicking “I want to buy” explicitly sends an expression of interest: we save the time, language and a random request identifier to avoid duplicate delivery. A session identifier is attached only when analytics is enabled. No payment or reservation is made.

If you contact us, we receive the contact details and message you provide. Owners and authorised editors sign in through ChatGPT; we process account identity and keep the email and account identifier needed to control access. Public visitors do not need an account.

03Cookies and your choices

Necessary cookies and browser storage support security, sign-in, your privacy choices and your selected language. Optional analytics and embedded YouTube videos are off until you allow them. You can accept all, choose necessary storage only, or select individual categories. You can change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Refusing optional categories does not prevent browsing the site.

The privacy choice (antelus-consent-v1) is stored in your browser for 180 days. Your chosen language (antelus-lang) remains until browser storage is cleared. When analytics is enabled, antelus-session-v1 is stored in session storage and its identifier renews after 30 minutes of inactivity; withdrawing analytics consent clears it. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for our analytics. Hosting and authentication providers manage their own necessary cookies.

04External services

YouTube embeds load only after you enable external media. You can instead open the trailer directly on YouTube. Screenshots and other game media may be delivered by Steam or other content providers, which receive connection information when their resources load. External stores, social networks, hosting, security and sign-in providers operate under their respective privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

05Retention and security

Privacy-choice and session-storage lifetimes are described above. They are not deletion periods for events already saved in the database. Analytics and interest records remain stored until removed; withdrawing consent stops new optional collection but does not automatically erase earlier records. Contact correspondence and authorised-editor records are kept for their respective purposes. Contact us about deletion of information that can be associated with you.

We use access restrictions and technical measures to protect our services. Statistics are restricted to the studio owner. No system can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than yours.

06Your choices and age limits

Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Send requests to the contact below. We may need information to verify your request; we cannot identify a specific anonymous visitor solely from a name or email in our session-based statistics.

Age ratings are shown on each game’s store page. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you have a concern about a child’s information, contact us.

07Changes and legal matters

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or applicable requirements. Updates will be posted here with the revision date; where appropriate, we may also notify you through our services. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
