We’re continuing to expand the game, introduce new mechanics, and move closer to the Cat’s Wars we always wanted to build.

🌴 New Map — Gonzaga SP

Welcome to sunny Santos, Brazil! Our new Gonzaga SP map is inspired by the Gonzaga district of Santos. You’ll fight around a large city square surrounded by streets, high-rise buildings, palm trees and recognizable landmarks — with a little Cat’s Wars twist, of course. The map gives players plenty of room for different tactics: finding high ground, setting up ambushes, flanking enemies and looking for the perfect long-range position.

🎯 New Fighters — Snipers

Deadly new sniper cats are joining the battle! These units specialize in long-range combat and can eliminate enemies from a serious distance. But there’s a catch: their ammunition is limited. Every shot matters. A well-positioned sniper can completely change the course of a match — but waste your ammunition and that powerful rifle suddenly becomes a lot less useful.

🚩 New Game Mode — Capture & Hold

Simply eliminating the enemy is no longer enough. Several control points appear across the battlefield, and your team must capture and hold them for a certain number of turns. This changes the flow of the battle dramatically. You’ll need to control the map, split your squad wisely, defend important positions and decide when it’s worth abandoning one point to attack another. This mode also introduces another important mechanic. When one of your cats is eliminated, you’ll be able to send another fighter into battle as a replacement. You still control a maximum of five cats at the same time, but reinforcements mean the battle can continue much longer. Prepare for some serious cat warfare.

🌍 Full Lobby System Is Finally Here!

This has been one of the features we wanted to introduce for a long time. Cat Wars now has a proper lobby system. You can: - create your own lobby; - choose maps and game modes; - configure match settings; - play with friends; find other players’ lobbies and battle people from around the world. This is a major step forward for the multiplayer side of Cat’s Wars.

⚙️ Balance Changes, Bug Fixes & Improvements

The update isn’t only about new content. We’ve also made balance adjustments and fixed a large number of bugs across the game. We’re gradually improving everything — from the interface and multiplayer systems to characters, maps and game modes.

🛒 What’s Next?

We’re already preparing another major feature: the Cat’s Wars shop. In the future, players will be able to unlock and purchase cosmetic items, skins and new ways to customize their cats. We want players to be able to create a squad that truly feels like their own team. And there’s much more coming. New maps. New classes. New modes. And yes... One of our future game modes will introduce VEHICLES. More about that later. We can see that the number of players buying Cat’s Wars and adding it to their wishlists continues to grow — and that gives us even more motivation to keep developing and improving the game. So tell us: What would you like us to add next? We’re reading your feedback. Thank you for playing Cat’s Wars. See you on the battlefield, cats! 🐾
